Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Forest Treat LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
5. Refunds, Returns & Policy Reference
All sales are final. Due to the nature of consumable products, all items are non-returnable once shipped.
We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or compensation for partially used products under any circumstances.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a consumable product that cannot be returned
- You are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for you prior to purchase
Any exceptions, including first-time purchase considerations, damaged goods, or other claims, are handled solely at the discretion of Forest Treat LLC.
Forest Treat LLC reserves the right to deny any refund, replacement, or credit request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

9. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms (Monthly)
Recurring Billing
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis.
You authorize Forest Treat LLC to charge your payment method on file without additional approval for each billing cycle.
Billing
You will be charged each month on the same date as your initial purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at contactus@foresttreat.com.
Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Subscription Flexibility, Refunds, and Changes
We want you to have a positive experience with your subscription. While subscription orders are generally non-refundable once processed, we understand that preferences may change.
If you would like to switch to a different product, adjust your subscription, or explore alternative options, please contact us at contactus@foresttreat.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Please note:
- Refunds are generally not provided for subscription orders once processed
- Changes must be requested prior to the next billing date
- Any accommodations, including product swaps, credits, or adjustments, are made at the sole discretion of Forest Treat LLC
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions due to non-payment.
Changes to Subscription
Forest Treat LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, branding, images, videos, designs, layout, and presentation is the exclusive property of Forest Treat LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
11. Account & Order Restrictions
Forest Treat LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or orders at its sole discretion, including in cases involving:

- Abuse of refund or replacement policies
- Excessive claims of lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
We reserve the right to refuse future service as permitted by law.
12. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, or the purchase or use of any products from Forest Treat LLC shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.
Waiver of Jury Trial
You and Forest Treat LLC knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute.
Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, collective action, or representative proceeding against Forest Treat LLC.
Arbitration Location
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, arbitration shall take place in the State of Missouri.
Small Claims Court Option
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for matters that fall within the jurisdiction of such court.
Exceptions
Forest Treat LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property rights, fraud, or unauthorized use of the website.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contactus@foresttreat.com within 30 days of your first purchase or use of the website.
Your notice must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
If you do not opt out within this period, you will be deemed to have agreed to this arbitration provision.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
14. Changes to Terms
Forest Treat LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
All changes are effective immediately upon posting.
