Refund & Replacement Policy
This page explains Forest Treat LLC's refund, replacement, and chargeback handling for consumable products.
All sales are final
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns.
First Purchase Confidence
We want you to try Forest Treat with confidence.
For your first order only, you may be eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied. This is granted at our sole discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Once verified, we may:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer store credit
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or compensation for partially used products.
Additional Orders
After your first purchase:
- Refunds are generally not provided
- We may offer replacements or store credit at our discretion
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny any refund, replacement, or credit request that appears fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
